Chad Shober

Chad Shober began training as a mentor when he was 15 years old. His training specifically started in the area of Pastoral Care and Counseling. At the same time, he was also working with his mother helping her with Autism and Asperger’s children in their local church. The satisfaction and fulfillment he experienced working as a teenager with Autism and Asperger’s children always stayed with him and service at that level continued to inspire him.

With more than 20 years experience in the area of Pastoral Care and Counseling, he later went on to mentor individuals, groups and companies. He did this both privately and professionally. As of 2014 Chad took his mentoring career to the next level by starting Shober Mentoring. Working internationally, his clients range from business owners, companies, individuals and families with children of Autism and Asperger’s. Since September of 2019 Chad has been working with Gerd Winkler of Global Autism Solutions as an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) mentor.
